Heart Issues: Controlling Arrhythmia Easily


If you know anyone dealing with arrhythmia /racing heart/ heart palpitation issues, these are real ways that have worked for me and others.. I've controlled mine 99% with doing this. It seemed to work within a week if I remember right.

I am not a doctor, so I will do a medical disclaimer and tell you to do your own research and get a medical opinion if that's what you need. If you take lots of medications, make sure they don't interfere. You can check on line or see a Naturopathic Doctor who understands. That could include a Chinese Herbalist or a Naturopathic or Homeopathic Doctor.

What is Arrhythmia?
Arrhythmia describes an irregular heartbeat. Arrhythmias occur when the electrical signals to the heart that coordinate heartbeats are not working properly. Some people experience irregular heartbeats, which may feel like a racing heart or fluttering. One medical website said many heart Arrhythmias are harmless. Some can be quite serious.

My sister died May 2016 from an Arrhythmia that was quite irregular and caused a stroke, so I began researching it when I started having similar issues. She had thought it was 'just' a breathing issue, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). We didn't know this information then. I discovered it while she lay dying from it in the hospital. Then I began researching, especially since I had that scary, racing heart too.

A. Fast and immediate relief methods if you're in mid-heart racing:

1. Taurine powder This is amazing miraculous stuff! Take a good heaping teaspoon full in water. It’s almost tasteless.  Usually works within 10 - 15 minutes. This advice was from a friend who had severe Arrhythmia. I use Pure Bulk brand. 500 grams https://purebulk.com/taurine-powder/

2. From a Naturopathic Dr: Press gently on your eyeballs with your fingers. Just put your index and middle fingers together on each hand and press gently onto your eyeballs/ eyes closed of course.. Doesn’t have to be really hard.. just a steady firm pressure..  which stimulates the Vagus nerve. The Dr listened to my friend’s heart while she did this.. There was a significant, immediate change in the fibrillation.

3. From a medical Doctor:  If you have an arrhythmia event, massage the carotid artery on one side of neck only (if you massage both, you could pass out.) It’s found at back of jaw line. It interrupts the blood flow that is erratic and sort of reboots the pumping action of the heart.

4. From that same Dr: Another way is to press down as tho you’re having a bowel movement.

5. From the same Dr: Or cough.

B. From the same Dr: avoid caffeine, drink water/keep hydrated

C. Here's the longer, gentler and more body friendly way to pretty much stop or control it altogether, long term.
[Be aware: My Dr said the recommended, standard, prescribed medications actually can CAUSE a heart attack!]


1. Magnesium Take this every day.

If you have a heart issue and are admitted to a hospital, the first thing they do is give you a Magnesium IV. Why?  Because almost everyone is critically low on magnesium, most having only 14% of what the body needs. It seems that Magnesium is what regulates the electrical impulses in the heart. Sounds pretty necessary to me!

According to the book, 'The Magnesium Miracle', one of the most absorbable forms of magnesium [after an IV of magnesium] is magnesium oil [magnesium chloride] which is absorbed through the skin. Next would be magnesium glycinate, magnesium taurate & magnesium orotate. Magnesium citrate is fourth which is most popular due to its lower cost. Magnesium oxide is a distant fifth and is poorly absorbed. I’ve ordered the following from Amazon. Doctor's Best High Absorption Magnesium (200 Mg Elemental), 240-Count from Doctor's Best thru amazon, it's cheaper than herb stores.

I am taking (1)400mg in mornings, mid day and with dinner, so I have 1200 a day. I think 1000mg minimum is best each day, in 500 mg increments as the body can’t use more than 500 at a time.

2.  Hylands MagPhos 30c (a homeopathic, Magnesium Phosphorous) to open the body’s shut down receptors to magnesium. (I bought it on Amazon). I take 4 of these little melt under your tongue tablets several times a week. They are in a bottle of 500 tablets and not expensive.  I figured if we are critically low in Magnesium, the body has shut down most of its receptors, so I want that good stuff to be accepted by my body. Probably after a while it’s not necessary. Muscle test yourself to see if and when.

3. Taurine
One person’s story:  it controls his 8 year battle with a severely racing heart. He gets a racing heart from chemical exposures (perfumes, cleaners, chemtrails, etc. ) taurine is an antioxidant.

Another friend takes 3 - 1000mg tablets a day. The body flushes out what you don't need. It is safe with no know drug interaction issues. It has literally been a miracle for him! (I take 1000mg 1 or 2x a day, determined by intuition or muscle testing). I now use bulk powdered form, not in a capsule, from PureBulk brand (see buying info above) It is tasteless and much cheaper than buying pills. I just mix 1/2 teaspoon it 2 oz of water and drink it.

4. CoQ10   I use this too.  Brand:  Doctor’s Best 100 mg; 120 soft gels; one in morning and one at nite. On line it says CoQ10 has been effective treating chronic heart failure, affecting the heart rate.

5. Hawthorn berry powder, organic (If you are on heart medicine, check w/ a Dr before taking this). I take this in bulk powered form or you can get capsules or you can make capsules yourself. I take 1/2 teaspoon in the morning and evening, mixed into warm water. Almost tasteless and easy to take. 6. Organic Blackstrap Molasses One spoonful in the morning. If you don’t like the taste, chase it with a chunk of fresh pineapple. The acid in the fruit cleans the palate fast! I don’t know what other kind of fruits do this.. I’m sure there’s some. (By the way, pineapple helps prevent UTIs, Urinary Tract Infections.  However D-Mannose does it best. Look it up!) I take this every morning. The testimonials I found praised this a lot as really helpful.
However, I feel the Taurine is so amazing, I only take the Blackstrap now and then.

7. Other stuff
I don’t' take these every day; just occasionally.
a. Kefir, fermented and delicious milk (like yogurt) Best is to buy Kefir seeds at a local food co-oop and make your own. I use raw goat milk. Do what works for you.

b. Reishi mushrooms.  These can be in capsules, which I get from Amazon, or in a coffee with high potency Reishi in it, that is sold friend to friend, on line, but not in stores. The brand is ORGANO. Since I'm a tea drinker , i don't use the coffee, unless I’m at her home!!. I use her Reishi capsules.

c. Good sauerkraut, again fermented food, like 'Bubbies' brand. Most of the sauerkraut sold in stores is filled with toxic additives. Only buy if the ingredients are only cabbage, salt, water and maybe vinegar.

d. Other Fermented foods like Kim Chee or many other Asian fermented foods and pickled vegetables. Check the ingredients though. If you like miso soup, eat ONLY ORGANIC non gmo miso. Since almost all soy is gmo and very bad for you, filled with glyphosates, do not eat any soy unless it is organic and non gmo. This includes Soy Sauce!  It's full of MSG, really poisonous.

Eat lots of raw fruits and veggies to maintain a healthy heart.
