What About Death

Another friend’s memorial is past. He has been birthed into a different reality.  It is however a reality we have experienced over and over between lifetimes. It seems many are deciding now is a good time to leave the planet. We all seem to know some who have transitioned. They’ve done their jobs. It’s time to go. They’ve played their parts on Earth stage in this crucial time of dimensional shifting.

My friend didn’t believe in life after death. He thought he had one shot at it and then it was over. Nothingness. He wasn’t sure though, because it was all so unknown. So his wake-up on the other side took a little longer, a week instead of just 24 hours.  When we die, a cornucopia of options can occur. It’s all based on the individual’s beliefs. What you think you’ll experience for a short while. We are, after all, magnificent Creators.

My friend’s death started out in darkness. Then a sort of window in his consciousness opened up and he began to see around him. He tried to touch people and things around him; and when he couldn’t, he realized he was dead. Then guides came to him within one week. This was the most beneficial experience based on his expectations and his fear of the unknown. He was scared of the unknown and had a ‘lets wait and see’ attitude.

In general for all who die, they experience being non physical first. That’s quite a shift since we’re so attached to our bodies. For most, within 24 hours, guides meet them and they access their own higher wisdom and choose from the following options for their next best path. We have four main options, though there are a few others that might be chosen too. 

a) Go right back on the same ride, i.e. redo a very similar life;

b) Take a different ride; i.e. go be a student, go teach, go prepare to learn a higher wisdom. At this point, the person’s beingness is opened back up by guides and their own higher self and they will not be heard from for a long time. (I know you want to be contacted or use a medium, but the departed are often very busy and focused on the other side. Loved ones become like distant childhood friends we only occasionally think of.)

c) Create something new. Guides teach you how to do this with a team of assistants just for you. You embrace your Creator abilities in this experience. You might even create a new universe!

d) Have fun just being in your new state of non physicality. Explore. Play. Experience.

Less than 1% are stuck behind, lost like ghosts, etc. It takes them longer to move on and sometimes they need help to do so. It’s fairly easy, just point them to the light and tell them they have options and people waiting for them there.

Sometimes they can talk to a medium or a psychic, if they are in their upper stages of awareness and know they are not physical and are able to make themselves heard. Often we hear only part of their communication as in ‘starts with a J’ because the deceased can’t use sound vibration well enough to make whole words. Often it takes six months for them to be able to contact/communicate with those left behind. Even then, it is more likely in a dream with a phone call in it or a meeting of some kind. One to two years after such communication starts, it will end. They are off to other experiences.

Life after death isn’t really all that mysterious. We play a fear game with it but it’s much like going to sleep every night in that we have a variety of experiences, meet amazing beings, download knowledge, go to school or just work out our daily lives a bit. Much of our dream state we have not tried to remember or think we can’t. But we can. Just try.

The Threshold of a Dream

We stand now at the Threshold of a Dream.

We have taken back our power through the Occupy Wall Street movement.

We have chosen to raise our vibrations to align with a higher and more aware, universal consciousness.

We acknowledge ourselves as creators and begin to direct the outcome for this planet.

The Occupy Wall Street movement, OWS, is a clear statement of intent to the ‘powers that were’. It tells them we will no longer be enslaved to their greed, lies, deceptions and manipulating global agenda. We have chosen to express our desire for their accountability, for our freedom and for a new way to conduct business and government with compassion and heart.

Critical mass has been reached by those who chose to align with their innate spirituality, their direct link with Spirit, Creator, Isness, no matter what name you call it. An extraordinary number of beings on this planet have made their desires felt. They have combined their energies, vibrations and Love into a harmonized web of consciousness surrounding this planet and it reflects love back to us. Not only has the internet made it easier to be connected, but this harmonized web of Love and Light makes us feel connected. We become more heart centered.

Many changes are happening on this planet right now. As the dark forces (the powers that were) are being blocked, many are abandoning their involvement with those forces. The new Light, solar and galactic, that now shines on to this Earth, is causing a soul wiggle, an awakening, a questing towards unconditional Love. As the Light gets lighter, it shines into the dark areas revealing the hidden agendas, the deceit and rampant power mongering by those dark forces. A desire for things to improve is visualized. In some areas: economic, healthcare, government, food and water quality, things may get worse before getting better. Like a fever, it must peak and then the worst passes and relief comes. And wondrous things are and will begin appearing in quick succession.

Many astonishing things are in store for us within the next year, even before the end of this year. Over five thousand secretly hidden patents for environmental clean up, clean power, alternative fuels and medical cures will be made available. A new monetary system, already devised, will be put in place. You can relax. People will be fed, cared for and responded to. Life will improve a hundred fold and fairly quickly. The perpetrators of crimes against humanity will be brought to justice.

We must remember that as we increase our personal vibrations to embrace Love and Light more fully, we must extend Love and Light to those who sought to destroy those dreams. It is our job as Lightworkers to remain calm when others become confused by all the suddenness of transparency and exposure of the far reaching lies they have been fed. Then the dawning of a new awareness will occur. Revenge, greed, hostility and separation will be things of the past. We are moving into an era of Love and Compassion towards all beings. Open your hearts and welcome it. It is our true galactic heritage.

Concepts such as guilt, judgment, abuse and disempowerment will no longer exist. This is a golden age we will welcome in through our raised vibrations. Our individual, planetary and universal DNA is shifting. Have you not felt those odd joint aches, strange sleep patterns, fleeting but odd, intense pains and other ‘ascension’ symptoms? They will be relieved. We will be well and healthy. We will feel vibrant and whole, loving and loved. We will be embraced lovingly into the arms of the universe as it was intended to be.

We will soon all have telepathic, psychic and other intuitive abilities. We are on the threshold of a dream. As we continue to passion for these higher states of awareness we are bringing them about. We are part of a community of beings in the universe who have assisted us throughout our planetary, human existence. Their presence will soon become known to the entire populous instead of only the governments and elite. It will be like a joyful reunion of family. Many people have never felt they fit in here on Earth. They will finally realize who their real brothers and sisters are. It will finally be home.

Dream the dream of connectedness, joy, love, peace, health and abundance for all. It is within our grasp. Dream. We stand on its threshold.

We’re Changing

Have you been feeling odd? Sluggish? Tired? Unmotivated? Aches and pains in odd places? DO you seem uncoordinated and can’t think clearly? Join the club! You are ascending! This is the ascension process we’ve talked about; it’s here. Now.

If you were going to devise a way to shift the human body to be able to have greater abilities intuitively, empathically, compassionately, healing-wise, you’d create some changes in the physical being. That is what is being done. Your vibrations are increasing. So are the planet’s. This isn’t just airy fairy new age mumbo jumbo. It’s scientific fact. As the planet shifts so will you. Great weather changes are occurring, in seemingly surprising areas. So too will your own physical body experience surprising shifts where you don’t normally have a discomfort. Perhaps a hip, or rib or tailbone or shoulder that suddenly has deep and intense pain, for seemingly no reason at all. In some cases you will see a direct external cause but don’t get upset about it or locked in to knowing each cause. Each discomfort is a wake up or a shake up to the body to rearrange itself into a better pattern. These are temporary discomforts. This new and better pattern holds more light, more love and more alignment with the higher purpose of why you came here to earth and took on a body at just this particular time in our history.

You are part of the change we are making into the next dimension. We are changing from a carbon based body to a silicon based body. Pay attention to the foods you eat (organic, humanely raised, healthy, green) to support that shift to hold more light. Silicon is more crystalline in its properties. Crystals reflect and refract light. They also capture and direct sound; hence their use in radios, TVs and computers. Of course it is your reaction to the changes that make all the difference in the world (pun intended). Your emotions: fearful, embracing, joyous, resistance, anger, compassion and hope all add to the sum total of love or fear on this planet.

These personal and planetary changes seem drastic and unexplained. Recognize that mother earth, Gaia, is in the process of birthing and she is having birth pains. Her contractions affect us all. She is also shifting in order to position herself in a higher vibration allowing those being who co-exist with her, us, the animals and plants, to draw the higher vibrational sustenance and energies from her that support these changes.

There are three eclipses happening in a short span this next 30 days, as well as the solstice. There is a reason these huge planetary astrological shifts were tracked by the ancients. They have great impact on us. Just like the phases of the moon affecting the tides of the earth and the reproductive cycles of all beings on the planet; heavenly bodies affect us and the Earth. Eclipses have always meant great and important changes. Traditionally eclipses mean endings and thus beginnings. We shall have to wait to see what specific changes occur, but we already know that governments and economies are changing all over. I know it looks like wars and civil unrest are breaking out here and there but that is the last gasp of a difficult birth. Peace is being birthed in many places too. Hold on to that thought and the feeling of peace; for your thoughts and feelings are directly affecting this planet now more than ever. Create peace with your neighbors, co-workers and family. It starts there.

The new energies are causing alignment between our thoughts so they affect this planet and our reality, our very existence, more immediately and more directly. What we focus on becomes manifest more and more quickly. It is now more important than ever to monitor your thinking. Are you in judgment, fear, anger, resentment? Then you will experience such things in your world for that will be your focus.

Your thoughts are orders to the universe. The universe recognizes your direct orders and if your focus/order to the universe is fear, then that is what your direct order will bring you. Now is the time to pay attention. It’s not hard. Just be aware. Choose 51% of the time to be in joy, to be loving, forgiving, happy and allowing. We are still human, but we are not limited. We are growing, learning and creating our next experience based on our individual thoughts NOW. If you would like peace, joy, abundance and love then focus on that now and it will be your next now too.

The more people choose these thoughts, the more effective and quicker the results. You think “My thoughts don’t do anything.” Look at the harmonic convergence August 16^th, 1987. Those ‘few’ participants (numbered in the hundreds of thousands, not millions!) who consciously recognized it was a time to create change and to bring about lasting peace and love, changed the direction of this world. All the ancient prophets predicted annihilation of this planet around the year 2000; but those predictions were cast aside and overridden by the peaceful outpouring of the harmonic convergence intentions of a few hundred thousand. This ground swelling of intention continues to create a better world and to end destruction of this planet and conflict has grown to massive proportions.

We are part of an enormous movement to create a thousand years of peace and with it, a human body that is shifting and improving to be in alignment with that next step. We stand on the threshold of human species evolution. We are becoming the missing link to the next type of human. When science looks back, they will see a giant shift in consciousness that resulted in human adaptation to mind travel, psychic abilities, telepathy, community connectedness, peace, interstellar communication and a inclusion in the community of galaxies of non humans. We will take our well earned and rightful place among the peoples of the stars.

Our little planet and we on it are ascending into the embrace of the galactic union. Others have gone before us, the Mayan, the Incans, and other native groups who lived in spiritual awareness. Those Earth civilizations have joined non Earth cultures in a spiritual dimension of existence. Do not doubt they still exist, for energy does not die, it simply is transformed. The rest of the universes’ beings are present though many cannot yet see them, to witness this never before accomplished transition of an entire planet into its higher vibration.

One scientific principle states that a thing by observation is changed. These higher vibrational beings from many dimensions have come to witness our changes. They are in awe of us. By their observation they help change us for the better. So too, these grand beings are assisting us without interference. Much like when you go to a concert your love, joy and happiness are food for the performers and their performance changes based on the audience. So too our changes are assisted by these intergalactic observers.

We are supported by the new light that is beaming onto this planet now. Yes, our sun has changed. It is now putting out light different from before. Its vibrations and energies are creating prana that surrounds us and allows us to breathe in this ‘food’ that helps us shift.

We are changing. Thank heavens. Just don’t worry. Twinges, discomfort and shifts both of us and the planet are normal. If you add fear then that is your journey. If you add understanding, allowance and ease, that will be your experience. Stay calm. We are all in this together. It’s the best ride of our lives and we signed up for it before we came into these bodies. What a ride! Let’s make it amazing by focusing on Love. After all, it is a birth we’re witnessing!.

A Breath of Fresh Air

This week someone asked me what I see for the coming year. In general I see there will be scattered pockets of joy and fear, abundance and poverty. This is the very real time of creating our own experiences based on staying aware, conscious and open. Which one will we choose to be in? It is literally our choice.

A dear friend’s husband was just laid off. In her email she said “Wahoo! A vacation!!!” Now THAT’s attitude! Such attitude will bring another excellent job soon.

Recently I had a conversation about a mutual friend. Just by talking about things, I could see a custody battle and lawsuit coming up, an increase in income and many other surprises. Months later it all turned out to be true and our mutual friend now wishes he’d had a conversation with me too. Why? Because he wished he’d been prepared for what was coming.

The most personal information comes when you and I have just such a conversation. Mental pictures freely download into my consciousness with insights into the twists and turns of events to come. Nuances are shown to me in visions and metaphoric images
Our own minds play hide and seek with information we are too afraid to look at. Not that it will be bad, we’re just afraid it might be, so we hide from knowing.

To Tell or Not To Tell

As a psychic, I am often asked what I do with information I get about the potential for trouble for someone else. Do I have to inform the person they may be facing a difficulty shortly?
I do not, for several reasons.

Sacred Individuality
To understand this seeming lack of caring, please understand I believe each of us is a master. This is sacred and inviolable; a prime directive. Each of us is the creator of our own individual realities. If someone is on a path of self destruction, that is their right. And it is only a potential. Everything can change. No one knows better how to live a life than the individual soul. You would not want someone, even well intentioned, to interfere with your life choices. We love our parents but at some point we want them to stop giving us advice. We want to blaze our own trail. Our individuality is sacred, guided by our own soul’s plan as we created it while still in spirit form. A person may have to hit bottom before awakening. If we keep giving them parachutes, they may not reach their turning point.

Disempowerment
To interfere with another’s life is to disempower them. It says “You are living wrong and I know how to run your life better than you do.” I may see important things about someone. So do you. But unless and until they ask you for help, clarification or input, they are not ready to hear it. Good intentions often translate as rescue. And rescuers need victims. They need them to validate their identity as rescuers. Although it makes the rescuer feel good, it reinforces victim mentality in others. It is not your responsibility or your right to change others.

The gift
I know you are thinking what about those who can’t help themselves. There is a healthy and an unhealthy way to assist. Mother Theresa’s gift was to see others as whole, not as victims. In placing herself in the heart of such neediness, she was a light for those in the dark. Light does not judge. It doesn’t intend to save others. Light does not inflict. It is simply available, impartial, and present. Let this be our guide.

Seeing Mastery in Others
To see even those lying in the gutter face down as magnificent masters is to empower them. Consciousness is a living thing, communicated even without action. They know how you feel about them. Helping someone who stumbles is a natural act born of the understanding we are all One and s/he who stumbles is in truth You. But to prolong the queries of “are you alright now” while sending unspoken communication of “you poor thing” is disempowering. Authentic help is love and needs no reward or acknowledgement. It is impartial, available and present.

Motivation
Pay attention to your motivations as you see others. For example, take the street beggar. Do you avoid them with a “get a job” thinking? Do you see a victim? Do you give them money fearing it could be you or resentfully, haughtily, impersonally? Can you look them in the eye as an equal and be loving with composure and calmness? Your motivations are as important as their circumstances. Their beingness is a gift to you to for self awareness. Through their simple act of being in their situation, they have volunteered, on a higher level, to be a nudge to your consciousness to look at the Oneness of all things in a compassionate and even handed way. These angels of the streets have chosen to be a gift to you. When you come across such an angel, go within to determine your own impulses to give or not give.

Judgment
However you act, there is no judgment but what you place on yourself. No one else knows your internal thinking and feeling process. Great compassion may simply beam love to them, or connect with a word, a touch. Kindness can mean more than money. If that street angel is playing the role of a victim, that is their concern. You do not have to reinforce it by responding as a rescuer. Be even. Be aware. Be conscious. It is such a little thing, but huge in impact.

Crossroads
I have always figured that if God/Goddess does not swoop in to rescue someone, neither should I. Acknowledging each as creator seems to honor the Creator in each of us. If you really want to know something you will ask. First, go within and ask yourself. If you do not receive clarity, there are other choices. Let go of the need to know. Learn how to find clarity. Ask someone. When we are at a crossroads, it is good to open windows and get a fresh perspective.

Compassion
Wordlessly compassion speaks “I feel your pain. I honor your journey. I see you as Creator, a Master. Blessings on your path.” Our job is to love. Love people as they already are, not as they could be, should be or might be. Love yourself first. Fill your own cup of self, a drop at a time until you overflow. Such freely expressed love blesses everyone and everything.

Refrain and Validate
It is a hard thing to refrain from giving advice when not asked. We do it all the time in conversations with friends. Listen to yourself. When a friend tells you of their pain, be compassionate, loving, validating. Acknowledge their feelings. Save your advice for only when you are asked. I often compare this to a child throwing up. You pet their head, make loving comments, touch their back, validate, coo, love. You do not start giving advice. They are in the process of disgorging something painful. Allow their process. Hold your well intentioned advice until they ask for it. It’s tricky, but you will both be better (more empowered) for the experience.

Divine Timing
If someone is facing a potential crisis, I believe their consciousness aligns with Divine Timing and they will either avoid the experience or embrace it depending on their highest and best path. It would be presumptuous of me to interfere with their creation.

In summary, open yourself to knowing and feeling. Seek to understand your own motivations. See others as perfect creators no matter what their situation. See yourself that way too. You don’t have to share what you know or be validated for it. In your own life ask for input when you are ready. Allow others to do the same. To tell or not to tell; it’s up to you.

This is the year of Transparency. What was hidden will be revealed. Personal and global revelations will surprise, shock and delight us. This is the time of creating our very next step only a moment before it happens. We must stay conscious and open.

Shift of the Ages!

Hullabaloo

There is much Hullabaloo about 2012, the Shift of the Ages. It will come and go and life will be different.

Different will be better! We’ve been asking for those psychic gifts we think we need. So we’ll get to actually see auras and energy movement and know answers to mysteries. We’ve wanted to communicate more easily because those pesky words now keep eluding us in conversation. So we’ll get telepathy. We’ve wanted to know if ETs are real and how to talk with them. So we’ll find out they’ve been here all the time, look like us for the most part and come from our future to help us.

Media Wolves
There is much disinformation and fear mongering on the internet and in the media by wolves with an agenda of keeping the sheep clueless. Choose balance and question everything passionately. Much more will be revealed to us. Already science and technology have increased so rapidly that 100 yrs ago seems like the dark ages by comparison. We will take an unprecedented technological leap within the next year. The fascinating thing is that we can know this ahead of time. The universe is preparing us for this giant genetic, spiritual and technological leap.

Key Factors
Key factors point to the imminent shift of the ages. There will be a spectacular alignment of the planets and the sun into the direct center of the Milky Way. When this happens, Light, with a capital L, will shine on this planet with a light wave vibration that causes a genetic jump so huge future investigators will refer to it as another missing link.

Light
Light is the fundamental unified field of creation that Einstein was looking for and that science has now proven. We only see approximately three percent of the entire light spectrum, so we are essentially blind to ninety seven percent of Light, among them laser, x-ray and ultraviolet. Unseen Light such as auras and energy fields is visible when we shift into our higher dimensional selves and perceive from that perspective. The Light that is coming through this December 21st, 2012 alignment is the catalyst for a shift of our DNA to enable us to recalibrate our human vibrations into ‘superhuman’. We will still be us, but better.

Mundane
As to mundane things like money, economics, country borders and world economic order, they too will shift based on this Light. The changes will be aided by the sheer numbers of humans with stepped up vibrations shifting simultaneously. No longer will greed and power for control be tolerated for they will be recognized as a disease that needs treatment. Even now these dysfunctional behaviors are held in consciousness as simply an imbalance.

Money
Much fear surrounds money and possessions. What if money became even more valuable, not less because the greed element has been removed? What if possessions became instantaneously manifest, eliminating lack? All this and more will be the norm, because we have willed it to be that way, since we will be creating from Love not Fear.

Healing
There are many ways to heal these divine imbalances and the greatest is Love. We talk about forgiveness as being divine. As we shift and become more en-Lightened, forgiveness will be second nature. Love will be primary. Hate, anger, war and disease will become loved into balance. Love will be the overriding energy on this planet. Hence those that currently practice unimaginable acts of imbalance cannot have power, nor even survive in an environment of Love.

Plants
If you wish to prove this to yourself, simply take two plants. Put one in a room and ignore it. Water it, but don’t interact energetically with it. Lavish the other plant with attention and Love. Talk to it, notice it and thereby feed it with the indefinable essence. You will see the difference. So too it is with people. Nurture them, lavish them with love and see the difference it makes.

Light Effects
This Light will give us a simultaneous uplifting in consciousness so we can simply release the old darkness called Fear with its expression in hate, control, greed, victimhood, lack and lovelessness. In fact, we will not even need to release the Fear. It will simply evaporate, absorbed into Love; balanced.

Two Rooms
If you have two rooms side by side, one totally dark and one light filled, and you open a door between them, the light instantly fills the dark room. It did not lose its darkness, it simply received the Light. So too will we be free of the lower vibrations of Fear because this Light will immediately raise our vibrations.

Cellular Shifts
Scientific experiments prove that laser light shone intentfully through an egg cell of one species to another species’ egg cell will change that receiving cell to the DNA of the first. Amazingly this means that if a frog’s cell is the first one and a mouse cell is the second, the mouse will become a frog instead. Light of this kind changes everything. It is the way our universe helps us to shift. It is what we have been calling ascension. Think of the applications! Instant healing will occur if you shone a laser thru a healthy cell and the unhealthy cell would be changed; instant transformation into understanding and using more of our brain; instant spiritual knowing and shifting into higher intuition. This 2012 Light will change our DNA.

Hopeful
This forthcoming shift is full of hope and Light. It is what we have been waiting for. All is takes for you to participate is to be intentfully loving just a little more than you are not… only 50.1%!!! You don’t have to be monastic, vegan, yogic, psychic or super scientific. Love is the key. Just keep choosing it. Keep your intention on Love. If you falter, choose again, don’t judge yourself, just choose again. Light of this kind will not fail you. It cannot. All we need do is embrace it.

Midwives
The Shift of the Ages is truly upon it. Full of love and Light, it will empower the best that humankind has to offer. We are in the birth canal of the shift. The birth is immanent. Many are here as midwives to assist: guides, ETs, spirits, ascended masters, interdimensional beings and loving humans. You will not go through this alone. You will be well supported.

Afterwards
After the Shift, most of the population will be gone, but not dead. They will have completed the genetic ascension and co-exist in a dimension parallel to this one. Things will look the same essentially but all the meanness, war, anger and fear will be so gone that bliss is the only way to describe it. It will be like long term jubilation after the end of a war. We will have come home to ourselves.

Portland Expo experience

A really intersting thing happened at the Portland expo. A client who said she'd had a terriffic reading from me 2 yrs ago, couldn't wait to book another reading at the expo.

Later I received an email of her intense disappointment in that reading. Now the most interesting thing was, I felt no need to defend my consultation with her. I know that from her perspective she is completely and totally right and I support that 100%.

It was a very, very interesting space to not need to defend. It was ok for her to be upset and to tell me. That's all. Very cool.
