Grasping What 5th Dimension Is

I still can't seem to grasp going into the 5th Dimension. It’s more a feeling isn't it? I mean I get a feeling of complete contentment and joy and sometimes bliss but it just happens. I am still finding it difficult to hold it in my reality. Is this what you call 5th dimension? Before I even started to become aware I always thought we could have heaven on earth. I couldn't see why not. People thought I was nuts, but isn’t that exactly what ascension is about. It’s very exciting. E

Dear E,

The idea of the 5D (fifth dimension) being a place of complete contentment depends on your perspective. It’s still business as usual for most people. But with an uplifted perspective as we view our surroundings, we can achieve that reality for our individual selves. It might feel like being in the eye in the storm. No matter what is happening around us, we remain in our perspective of allowance and joy and light. That is the individually created ‘heaven’.

We can do that now, in each moment. It is ours to choose. Seek allowance within. It is a beginning. Seek to see things in a new way. Eventually, as we evolve, moving through the levels of 5D, like notes in an octave, we will achieve such peace and contentment in our mass consciousness. The more each person practices, the closer to the tipping point we come and that place of contentment will be the standard reality.

The hallmarks of 5D living are Choice and Perspective. 

Choose over and over to be the path of Love, Joy and contentment; not to have it in the future, but to BE it now. Choose often and consciously. Practice choosing until it becomes your true expressed nature. Indeed it is truly your unexpressed soul’s nature.

We are headed towards that overall heaven on earth you speak of, but it takes more awakened consciousness of more human beings. We are getting amazing help from sky friends (aka ETs), fabulous channelers, more internet information sources and more light of higher vibration available on the planet. There are new genetics in children and in others who have been continually choosing this path. We are growing into expanded versions of ourselves. This is what was called ascension.

None of this enlightenment is really new; it is our awareness of it that makes it seem so. Thus it is available to us.

All potential genetic coding, intuitive awareness, our expanded selves, clairsentience, clairvoyance, clairaudience and other enlightened abilities, is already within us.

It is all about perception and practice, not arrival. There is no place to go. There is just a new perception of what is your Beingness. You are unleashing the power within you that is already there. This moves us into unity consciousness through allowance of all perspectives.

Unity consciousness is about seeing God in each ‘other self’. Each is an aspect of oneself. Ascension puts us in the mindset of Being in the heaven of our perspective. If you still hate your neighbor or blame your parents for their behaviors; then you are not in your own heaven. Your separation from your ‘other selves’ is what keeps your perspective 3D. Your allowance ushers in the broader, higher, wider version of 5D.

It’s your perspective and your choices… over and over. This is the most important work you will ever do and the one you came here to be.

Channeled Messages

I received an email asking the following: Are channeled messages always coming from loving beings or are there beings who are not so loving and whose messages are not to be trusted? Are there some ‘ET’s’ for lack of a better word, who are out to do us harm where the message and the messenger are just pulling the wool over our eyes and we initially think they are here to help us or save us or protect us? How do we recognize which are sources of truthful information?

My response

Love doesn’t create fear; so all messages that create fear do not come from loving beings. Some come from beings with a lower vibration that includes distortion and fear. The higher vibrations can communicate truth without all that fear stuff.

For example

When well intentioned parents prevent their children from being informed about ‘family secrets’ that will blow up in their face, were they doing it out of love or fear? If a parent teaches a child to behave or the boogie man will get them, is this love or fear? It’s not always so easy to distinguish. However, they meant well. The same is often true for non humans too.

Yes, there are some ETs (Extra Terrestrials) out there with a different agenda, aligned with their own purposes for chaos and disruption. Just because an ET race is technologically advanced or highly intelligent does not mean they are spiritually advanced. Just like humans, some are loving; some aren’t.

Learn to discern truth by how you feel about any communication, including TV ads, news, and messages from in body or out of body teachers. In channeling there is always distortion because info is coming thru a human instrument.

Some channels can be good almost all the time: Abraham-Hicks (http://www.abraham-hicks.com/lawofattractionsource/about_abraham.php), Jani King channeling Pta’ah (www.ptaah.com), Steve Rother channeling ‘The Group’ (http://www.lightworker.com); and David Wilcock using dreams like Edgar Cayce (www.DivineCosmos.com). Some channels I used to like have become VERY uneven and engender fear with great distortions and some are all fear based now. The people channeling them have not maintained a high enough vibration.

So it is all about how you feel, in your gut. Ask yourself as you listen to something “How much of this is true?” if you get a sense it is below 90%, you might want to rethink giving credence to the speaker. Many speakers are 30-70% truthful... That makes them useless and their information destructive; disseminating fear, lies, etc as truth.

ET’s with high vibration and spiritual awareness engender empowerment. Loving beings are interested in raising our vibrations and our enlightenment... that is: Awakening the Light already residing within each of us. High vibration channeling does not do predictions of fear. Remember what you focus on you will get more of. They do not give dates of events; perhaps they give a time frame approximation, but time is very different from their perspectives. If there is a specific date, it is definitely the channel’s human input/distortion.

Words and phrasing that engender superiority, separation, chosen few and prejudice are all low vibration rubbish.

Phrases to watch out for and what they really mean:

1. “assigned the task” sets the speaker above and superior to the listener. This is done to gain control and power and authority over, which no loving being does.

2. “cannot allow” or “will not permit” interferes with choice and advanced beings do NOT interfere. We are not victims to be saved nor children who cannot make decisions and choices. Free will is a sacred gift and truthfully, the amazing thing that brought us to this place of transformation of our planet! We are already awesome!

3. “they/we activated special codes” again speaks of elitist separation, interference and rescue of us poor things who have no abilities when quite the opposite is the real truth.

4. “you will be guided” is again disempowerment as though beings outside of you will guide you. Real channeling speaks to the guidance within and learning how to trust it.

5. “do it now” again implying fear and an agenda timeline. Not allowing for choice of NOT doing something.

6. “telling you NOT to do” such and such. Guidance never says NO. Guidance always says ‘you might want to consider this as a better choice, but it is always your choice’. If you are hearing NO, it is your internal self. This is not a bad thing, it is your knowing (get the pun?)

Truth rings true. Learn how to discern for yourself. Do NOT go into fear over this. Simply start by surrounding yourself in the highest vibration of light and love. Then distortion will find it difficult to exist in your personal energy field, as it will be incompatible with your location, timing, desire, energy, vibration, intent, etc. Your own higher vibrations will attract high vibrational speaking, internal and external. It is that simple. Put yourself in that high vibration through reading uplifting books, music and meditation.

Remember, when all else fails, and you find yourself in fear just love your fear. Embrace it all. It is a part of you and thus it is all divine. Just love it.

Since we truly create everything in our reality, it does mean that you ‘brought’ good emails to you. It is a reflection of your consciousness and the powerful positive vibrations you emit. Since we are truly all ONE and thus everything is an aspect of us, we may bring fear emails to us too. That is the time to embrace the fear, thus transmuting it. You may wish to delete it, but just love it and let go... and then it’s changed.

We are all messengers and will be needed more and more as fear amps up! People need an alternative and those of us holding soothing information, awareness, calmness and love will be guided to send those messages and guided to teach, lead and be in the forefront of one, few or many at a time!

One at a time you will help calm.. just by being on the planet. A word, a look, a comment, a forwarded email. All is divine, thus we must accept that which we have judged and by loving it, transmute it to its higher vibration.

Trust your gut. If it feels bad, upsetting and fearful, love it and let it go. If it feels loving and joyful, pass it on. Shift of the Ages!

Hullabaloo

There is much Hullabaloo about 2012, the Shift of the Ages. It will come and go and life will be different.

Different will be better! We’ve been asking for those psychic gifts we think we need. So we’ll get to actually see auras and energy movement and know answers to mysteries. We’ve wanted to communicate more easily because those pesky words now keep eluding us in conversation. So we’ll get telepathy. We’ve wanted to know if ETs are real and how to talk with them. So we’ll find out they’ve been here all the time, look like us for the most part and come from our future to help us.

Media Wolves
There is much disinformation and fear mongering on the internet and in the media by wolves with an agenda of keeping the sheep clueless. Choose balance and question everything passionately. Much more will be revealed to us. Already science and technology have increased so rapidly that 100 yrs ago seems like the dark ages by comparison. We will take an unprecedented technological leap within the next year. The fascinating thing is that we can know this ahead of time. The universe is preparing us for this giant genetic, spiritual and technological leap.

Key Factors
Key factors point to the imminent shift of the ages. There will be a spectacular alignment of the planets and the sun into the direct center of the Milky Way. When this happens, Light, with a capital L, will shine on this planet with a light wave vibration that causes a genetic jump so huge future investigators will refer to it as another missing link.

Light
Light is the fundamental unified field of creation that Einstein was looking for and that science has now proven. We only see approximately three percent of the entire light spectrum, so we are essentially blind to ninety seven percent of Light, among them laser, x-ray and ultraviolet. Unseen Light such as auras and energy fields is visible when we shift into our higher dimensional selves and perceive from that perspective. The Light that is coming through this December 21st, 2012 alignment is the catalyst for a shift of our DNA to enable us to recalibrate our human vibrations into ‘superhuman’. We will still be us, but better.

Mundane
As to mundane things like money, economics, country borders and world economic order, they too will shift based on this Light. The changes will be aided by the sheer numbers of humans with stepped up vibrations shifting simultaneously. No longer will greed and power for control be tolerated for they will be recognized as a disease that needs treatment. Even now these dysfunctional behaviors are held in consciousness as simply an imbalance.

Money
Much fear surrounds money and possessions. What if money became even more valuable, not less because the greed element has been removed? What if possessions became instantaneously manifest, eliminating lack? All this and more will be the norm, because we have willed it to be that way, since we will be creating from Love not Fear.

Healing
There are many ways to heal these divine imbalances and the greatest is Love. We talk about forgiveness as being divine. As we shift and become more en-Lightened, forgiveness will be second nature. Love will be primary. Hate, anger, war and disease will become loved into balance. Love will be the overriding energy on this planet. Hence those that currently practice unimaginable acts of imbalance cannot have power, nor even survive in an environment of Love.

Plants
If you wish to prove this to yourself, simply take two plants. Put one in a room and ignore it. Water it, but don’t interact energetically with it. Lavish the other plant with attention and Love. Talk to it, notice it and thereby feed it with the indefinable essence. You will see the difference. So too it is with people. Nurture them, lavish them with love and see the difference it makes.

Light Effects
This Light will give us a simultaneous uplifting in consciousness so we can simply release the old darkness called Fear with its expression in hate, control, greed, victimhood, lack and lovelessness. In fact, we will not even need to release the Fear. It will simply evaporate, absorbed into Love; balanced.

Two Rooms
If you have two rooms side by side, one totally dark and one light filled, and you open a door between them, the light instantly fills the dark room. It did not lose its darkness, it simply received the Light. So too will we be free of the lower vibrations of Fear because this Light will immediately raise our vibrations.

Cellular Shifts
Scientific experiments prove that laser light shone intentfully through an egg cell of one species to another species’ egg cell will change that receiving cell to the DNA of the first. Amazingly this means that if a frog’s cell is the first one and a mouse cell is the second, the mouse will become a frog instead. Light of this kind changes everything. It is the way our universe helps us to shift. It is what we have been calling ascension. Think of the applications! Instant healing will occur if you shone a laser thru a healthy cell and the unhealthy cell would be changed; instant transformation into understanding and using more of our brain; instant spiritual knowing and shifting into higher intuition. This 2012 Light will change our DNA.

Hopeful
This forthcoming shift is full of hope and Light. It is what we have been waiting for. All is takes for you to participate is to be intentfully loving just a little more than you are not… only 50.1%!!! You don’t have to be monastic, vegan, yogic, psychic or super scientific. Love is the key. Just keep choosing it. Keep your intention on Love. If you falter, choose again, don’t judge yourself, just choose again. Light of this kind will not fail you. It cannot. All we need do is embrace it.

Midwives
The Shift of the Ages is truly upon it. Full of love and Light, it will empower the best that humankind has to offer. We are in the birth canal of the shift. The birth is immanent. Many are here as midwives to assist: guides, ETs, spirits, ascended masters, interdimensional beings and loving humans. You will not go through this alone. You will be well supported.

Afterwards
After the Shift, most of the population will be gone, but not dead. They will have completed the genetic ascension and co-exist in a dimension parallel to this one. Things will look the same essentially but all the meanness, war, anger and fear will be so gone that bliss is the only way to describe it. It will be like long term jubilation after the end of a war. We will have come home to ourselves.
